Rayo
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Avion Silver tequila
- ¾ oz. Tamarind agave
- ½ oz. Pineapple juice
- ¼ oz. Lime juice
- 2-3 dashes Peychaud bitters top
Instructions
- Combine liquid ingredients in shaker tin.
- Add ice.
- Shake roughly 20 seconds to fully combine ingredients.
- Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass.
- Float Peychaud’s bitters for garnish.

Beyond the Beach
Ingredients
- 2 oz. El Sativo Añejo tequila
- ½ oz. Coconut syrup Liquid Alchemist
- ½ oz. Fresh pineapple
- ½ oz. Drillaud Blue Curaçao
- ¾ oz. Fresh lime
- Grated nutmeg
- Chopped strawberries
Instructions
- Add the tequila, coconut, pineapple, Blue Curaçao and fresh lime into a shaker tin.
- Add ice and shake.
- Fine strain over pebble ice in a large goblet glass.
- Shave nutmeg on top with cut up strawberries for garnish, along with a pineapple leaf.

St. Tropez Margarita
Ingredients
- 4 oz. La Fête du Rosé wine
- 1 oz. Silver tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ oz. Simple syrup
- Salt for rimming glass
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a tin with ice.
- Shake hard.
- Strain into salt-rimmed glass with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.

Strawberry Tropical
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ oz. Tequila Cazadores Reposado
- 2 Fresh strawberries muddle
- ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Pinch of salt
- Top with Grapefruit soda Fresca
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle fresh strawberries.
- Add the rest of the ingredients with ice, except grapefruit soda.
- Shake and pour over the rocks in a tall glass.
- Top with grapefruit soda.
- Garnish with lemon peel and strawberries

Purple Rain
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Bad Stuff Reposado tequila
- ½ oz. Parfait Amour
- ¾ oz. Pear syrup
- ¾ oz. Lime juice
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake
- Rim glass with Hawaiian Black Sea Salt rim.
- Strain over rimmed glass with ice and garnish with edible flowers.

Dos Homb-Rise
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Dos Hombres mezcal
- 2 oz. Pineapple juice
- 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. Agave syrup
- ½ oz. Pomegranate syrup
- Mexican tajin salt
- Dehydrated pineapple leaf
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker.
- Shake hard to chill.
- Strain into highball glass.
- Garnish with rimmed tajin seasoning, dehydrated lime and a pineapple leaf.

Tan Fresco Tan Verde
Ingredients
- Tan Fresco Tan Verde
- 1 ½ oz. Patron Silver tequila
- 1 oz. Cucumber juice
- ¾ oz. Fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz. Pineapple gum syrup
- ¼ oz. Fino sherry
- 2 dashes Ancho Reyes Verde liqueur
- Top with Soda
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients except for soda.
- Fine strain into a highball glass. Top with soda.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and sliced pepper.

Mexican Martini
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Casamigos Anejo tequila
- ¾ oz. Cointreau
- ¼ oz. Lime juice
- Splash of Olive juice
- 2 each of thinly sliced Jalapeno slices
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing tin with ice.
- Stir and strain into Martini glass.
- Garnish with jalapeno slices.
