¾ oz. Elijah Craig bourbon
¾ oz. Ron Zacapa rum
¾ oz. Laphroig Scotch
⅓ oz. Coffee Demerara (or ¼ oz. Grade B maple syrup)
4 drops Bittermen’s Mole bitters
Combine ingredients and stir with ice and stain over a large rock. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
