¾ oz. Fig-infused Slow Hand Six Woods whiskey
¾ oz. Armada Oloroso sherry
1 oz. Lime juice
¾ oz. Cane syrup
1 dash Black walnut bitters
Combine all of the ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass, include a splash of soda water, on the rocks. Garnish with a mint bouquet.
