Candy Cane Martini
1 shot Vodka
¾ shot Crème de Cocoa
¾ shot Peppermint Schnapps
Dash of Grendaine for color
Shake and serve in a martini glass rimmed with smashed candy canes.

Gluhwein
6 1/3 cups Red wine
2 cups Water
½ of a Lemon (sliced)
Pinch of Cloves
Sugar (to taste)
Mix ingredients in large pot and stir over medium heat. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Strain through a cheese cloth and serve in glasses, each garnished with a cinnamon stick.

The Italian Santa
1 ½ oz. Vodka
¾ oz. Spiced pear puree
½ oz. Lemon juice
¼ oz. Blood orange juice
1 ½ tsp. Chesnut balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. Whisked egg white
1 piece Star anise for garnish
Shake ingredients without ice and blend well. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds more. Strain into a wine glass and float a piece of star anise on top.
