This cocktail from Nashville’s rooftop hotspot Heirloom is a patriotic play on the Dirty Shirley.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Grey Goose vodka
- Goslings ginger beer
- ½ oz. Grenadine
- Blue Pop Rocks candy
Instructions
- Using simple syrup, dip rim of glass to coat top rim.
- Dip rim into Blue Pop Rocks to evenly coat edge.
- Add ice carefully to fill to top.
- Pour Grenadine in glass, then add vodka.
- Finish by pouring ginger beer over the top until desired fill level.
- Garnish with Luxardo cherry.
