Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Grey Goose vodka
  • Goslings ginger beer
  • ½ oz. Grenadine
  • Blue Pop Rocks candy

Instructions

  • Using simple syrup, dip rim of glass to coat top rim.
  • Dip rim into Blue Pop Rocks to evenly coat edge.
  • Add ice carefully to fill to top.
  • Pour Grenadine in glass, then add vodka.
  • Finish by pouring ginger beer over the top until desired fill level.
  • Garnish with Luxardo cherry.
