In partnership with award-winning mixologist Fanny Chu (@lilfannyfoofu) and food Influencer Sal DiBenedetto (@thegrubfather), Burger & Lobster is offering a new Pours for Pride menu. Burger & Lobster Flatiron and Bryant Park New York will be serving three speciality Pride cocktails created by Chu and DiBenedetto throughout June.
Pours for Pride concoctions include the Let’s Have a Kiki Colada, with Bacardi Premium Ocho sum, Giffard Bleu Curaçao, Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne, Coco mix and lemon; the Queer as a Cucumber, with Grey Goose Essence Watermelon Basil vodka, Martini & Rossi Fiero, lemon and ginger ale; and the Dancing Queen (recipe below), with Tequila Cazadores Silver, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, cucumber, agave and lime.
The Pours for Pride drinks are priced at $15 each; $1 of each cocktail purchased throughout the duration of their run will be donated to the Hetrick Martin-Institute. The New York-based non-profit organization serves the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or questioning youth between the ages of 13 and 24, and their families.
