A tasty seasonal gin drink from the beverage director at the Mediterranean/Asian restaurant Kaori Miami.
- 1 oz. Tanqueray 10 gin
- ½ oz. Arbikie strawberry vodka
- 1 oz. Lemon juice
- ¾ oz. Strawberry syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Black sesame seeds
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and seal.
- Shake without ice to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with black sesame seeds.
