Xavier Herit and The Espresso Martini

Xavier Herit is the beverage manager at NoMo Kitchen at the NoMo hotel in New York

The Espresso Martini is a delicious combination of high-quality ingredients, including Grey Goose vodka and a high-quality fresh espresso, which both provide an upscale boost after dinner and before a night out on the town. Invented in the 1980s by London bartender Dick Bradsell, (who called it the Vodka Espresso), the Espresso Martini has stood the test of time. At Nomo Soho Hotel it’s still a very popular cocktail—now more than ever!

Espresso Martini
2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
3/4 oz. Double espresso
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/4 oz. Demerara syrup

Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into Martini glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
