Saint Arnold Brewing has released its new Imperial Russian Stout, Bishop’s Barrel No. 7, which was brewed more than a year ago and aged in Woodford Reserve barrels for 11 months. The new brew is slightly different than No 1. or No 3. (also Bourbon barrel Imperial Stouts), resulting in a sweeter, rounder character according to the company. The 11.3 percent ABV beer is available as a limited release in Texas and Louisiana.
