1½ oz. Bulleit Rye
¾ oz. Aperol
½ to ¾ oz. St Germain
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
1 flaming orange peel, for garnish
Measure ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill it three-quarters full with ice. Stir the drink and strain into a coupe-style martini glass. Heat the orange disk with a lighter and squeeze disk over drink into flame. Garnish with a cherry.
