½ part Kilbeggan Irish whiskey
½ part DeKuyper Buttershots liqueur
1 part Orange juice
1 Slice of bacon
Enjoy the Irish whiskey and Buttershots first, followed immediately by the orange juice. Finish with a slice of bacon.
This recipe was sent to us by Kilbeggan and it was created for Halfway Day, the point six months past St. Patrick’s Day, to be celebrated later this month.
Strawberry & Mint Daiquiri
3 1/2 oz. MXR Strawberry Daiquiri mix
1 oz. Rose’s Mojito traditional
1 1/2 oz. Light rum
1 3/4 Cups of ice
Optional: Add a few strawberries. Blend for 10 seconds. Garnish with strawberry, lime and mint.

5 oz. Fresh-pressed Apple Cider
4 slices Macintosh Apple
3 oz. Laird’s Applejack
2 dashes Shrub and Co. Apple Shrub
1 oz. Apfelkorn Apple Liqueur
Add cider, applejack, bitters, and apple liqueur to an iced tin and shake well. Strain into an iced Collins glass and garnish with apple slices.
