Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin has announced the newest addition to its growing collection: Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin California Orange Citrus.
This new bottle is a result of exploration in fusing oriental botanicals with regional citrus, following Drumshanbo with Sardinian Citrus, which released in May 2021. From the mind of P.J. Rigney, Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin fuses oriental botanicals with gunpowder tea at The Shed Distillery.
In this new expression, California orange citrus pairs with existing citric notes of fresh lemons, limes and grapefruit in Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, the company says. The spirit has a flash of aromatic citrus, and is best enjoyed over ice with a tonic and a wedge of fresh red grapefruit.
The suggested retail price is $36.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
