1 oz. Fresh grapefruit juice
¾ oz. Reposado tequila
¾ oz. Aperol
2 oz. Prosecco
Add first three ingredients to a wine glass. Top with a scoop of ice. Stir slowly with a spoon. Pour prosecco over the mixture. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slice and sprig of rosemary.
