1 ½ oz. Remy Martin Tercet Cognac
¼ oz. St. Elizabeth’s allspice dram
½ oz. Pineapple juice
½ oz. Lime juice
3 oz. Ginger beer
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Build all ingredients (ginger beer last) in a copper mug and garnish with a lime wheel.
