Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup, Monin Pineberry Syrup and Monin Orange Spritz Syrup are the newest additions to Monin’s lineup of clean label syrups, which contains more than 100 different flavors.

Monin identified five trends that will influence food and beverage menus this year, the company says. Dragon Fruit speaks to the “Experience the Pacific” trend. Both Dragon Fruit and Pineberry are mentioned in the “Hunt for Uniqueness” trend, while Orange Spritz is Monin’s answer to “Low/No Booze Buzz.”

These trend-focused flavors are backed by Monin’s proprietary and secondary research as well as data from Technomic and Datassential, the company says.

All three new products are clean label, made with no artificial ingredients. They are free from artificial flavors, colors, preservatives and sweeteners.
