2 oz. Cherry infused rakija*
½ oz. Lime juice
½ oz. Cherry-infused simple syrup
Pour everything in the shaker and top with ice. Shake vigorously and fine strain everything in chilled coup glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
*For Cherry-infused rakija:
1L Plum rakija
1 cup Sugar
2 cups Cherries
Add everything in large jar and infuse for 2 weeks. Squeeze the cherries and strain the alcohol.
