After a long, hard winter, Memorial Day weekend is finally here! We’ve collected a few drink recipes for celebrating the holiday.
Star Spangled Spritzer
1 ½ oz. Peach schnapps
1 oz. Agave nectar
3 oz. Voga sparkling wine
Combine peach schnapps and agave nectar in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh peaches and raspberries.

Blue Bikini Martini
1½ parts Bombay Sapphire gin
¾ part Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ part Blue Curaçao
1 part Peach Schnapps
¼ part Sugar syrup
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass.Garnish with orange zest.

Blood Orange & Berry Punch
(Serves 25 people)
1 Bottle Solerno Blood Orange liqueur
1 Bottle Lillet Rouge
12 oz. Red Zinger tea (brewed at 2x strength)
6 oz. Agave nectar
6 oz. Fresh lemon juice
6 oz. Berry blend puree (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, red grapes)
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and stir well. Float an ice block in the center and garnish with floating blueberries, raspberries, halved grapes, blood orange slices and a few mint leaves.

Tart Cherry Old Fashioned
2 oz. Knob Creek
½ oz. Bitter Truth orange bitters
½ oz. Tart cherry syrup*
5 Drunken cherries (dried cherries soaked in sweet vermouth)
Club soda
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into rocks glass. Top with club soda
*For Tart cherry syrup:
Combine ½ cup tart cherry concentrate, 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan and let simmer until all sugar is dissolved.

Rise and Shine
Martini Asti sparkling wine
1 part Grey Goose L’Orange vodka
½ part Orange juice
½ part Lemon juice
1½ parts Pomegranate Juice
Combine vodka, orange juice, lemon juice, pomegranate juice and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a flute. Top with sparkling wine.

Cali Gold
2 oz. Caliche rum
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
¼ oz. Fresh pineapple juice
¾ oz. Simple syrup
3 – 6 Cilantro leaves
In a rocks glass, combine all ingredients and lightly muddle cilantro leaves. Top with crushed ice or preferably nugget ice. Garnish with a cilantro spring.

Sangria Flora
1 Bottle sauvignon blanc or dry white wine
1 Cup St. Germain elderflower liqueur
2 Fresh peaches
5-6 Fresh strawberries
6 Fresh raspberries
1 Bunch fresh grapes
Stir ingredients in a pitcher or carafe. Soak for approximately 15 minutes (or longer if desired). Serve in ice-filled glasses with spoon-straws to enjoy the fruit while drinking.

Patriot’s Plata
1 ½ parts Hornitos Plata tequila
¾ part Lime juice
¾ part Pineapple juice
¼ part Agave nectar
Pinch of cilantro leaves
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.

Maritime Margarita
1½ oz. TY KU citrus liqueur
1 oz. Silver tequila
Muddled watermelon
½ oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
Soda water
Muddle watermelon in cocktail shaker with lime juice and tequila. Add TY KU Citrus Liqueur & Ice. Hard Shake. Serve over ice, top with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint.

Blackberry Mint Julep Margarita
2 parts Milagro anejo tequila
1 part Lime juice
1 part Honey syrup
5 Blackberries
6 Mint leaves
Muddle berries and mint. Add rest, shake and strain over ice in julep glass. Garnish with blackberries and mint sprig.
