I’m drinking Araujo sauvignon blanc. At American Seasons, we’ve worked with Araujo Estate Wines for a number of years, and this particular blend is always a hit with guests.
On a more personal level, I enjoy the Araujo sauvignon blanc because its bold flavor makes a great pairing with fresh-caught Nantucket seafood. It’s crisp and refreshing with notes of jasmine and orange blossom and aromas of stone fruits (white peach, nectarine, pear), plus touches of tropical fruits, pine sap, green almond and slate.
