1 ½ oz. Absolut Mandrin
½ oz. Vanilla simple syrup
1 ½ Bar spoonfuls of orange marmalade
1 Whole egg white
7 Sprigs of sage
4 Dashes of orange bitters
In mixing glass, muddle ingredients. Add ice and shake hard for 1 minute. Using Hawthorne strainer, strain to coupe or cocktail glass and garnish with an orange slice.
