1 oz. Aperol
1 oz. passion fruit puree
1 oz. agave nectar
2 ½ oz. Svedka Clementine vodka
1 slice of pineapple, for garnish
1 sprig of mint, for garnish
1 orange wedge, for garnish
Add all the ingredients to a Martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple mint and an orange wedge.
