This drink was created by Rene Matos,
the beverage director at the New York Marriott Marquis.
2 ½ oz. Van Gogh Dutch
½ oz. Van Gogh Double
¼ oz. house-made caramel sauce
1 oz. vanilla ice cream, softened
Cholive (chocolate ganache-truffle)
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously to ensure that the caramel is well blended. Pour into a Martini glass and a garnish with a Cholive.
