Jon Ojinaga of the Redwood Room at Clift in San Francisco concocted this libation.
1 oz. Sauza 3G Plata Tequila
1 oz. Bénédictine
1 oz. blueberry purée
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 splash of soda
1 handfull of fresh blueberries
for garnish
1 lime wheel for garnish
Combine ingredients in a mixing tin and served in a Collins glass. Top with soda and garnish with fresh blueberries and a lime wheel.
