The Winter Games start in Russia have just started, but mixologists have had Olympics fever for weeks. Many have developed signature drinks to celebrate the Sochi 2014 Games. Here are a few of our favorites.

It doesn�t matter if your restaurant or bar has a multipage craft beer menu, killer cocktails or the best ribeye steak in town. If the service is subpar, your customers will likely remember that and nothing else. A solid training program can help ensure superior service.
(Serves two)
3 oz. Partida Reposado tequila
1 � oz. Grenadine
5 oz. Sweet and sour
1 oz. Orange-flavored liqueur
Add two pieces of ice to two flutes. Mix all ingredients together in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into flutes.

Tequila el Jimador from Casa Herradura has revamped its packaging. The larger bottle features an embossed illustration of the iconic Jimador agave harvester and has stylized, pronounced corners at the shoulders and base, giving it a sleek, modern appeal, the company says, while the smaller, streamlined, colored metallic label showcases more of the tequila.
