That Thing You Brew
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Papa’s Pilar sherry-finished rum
- ¼ oz. Amaro liqueur
- 1 ½ oz. Cold brew coffee
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 dashes Chocolate bitters
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail glass and stir.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with a smoked cinnamon stick.
