This riff on the Espresso Martini, courtesy of Attaboy in New York, uses a chai syrup.
Live Free or Die Chai’n
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Absolut Vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. Chai syrup*
- ¼ oz. Kahlua
- ¼ oz. Espresso or cold brew concentrate
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
Notes
*For Chai syrup: Add 50g chai to 0.5L simple syrup, boil and cool and strain off spices.
