Eureka Restaurant Group aims to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience with scratch kitchen fare accompanied by a creative craft beverage program with exceptional hospitality. An elevated collection of regional craft beers, small-batch whiskeys and classic yet modern cocktails make each Eureka! location a prime destination for dining, drinking and socializing.
Eureka!, which won a BevX Award for Best Single-concept Restaurant Beverage Program, is committed to serving premium, highly sought-after products. For instance, Eureka! offers more than 20 local craft beers on tap at each restaurant. Some of the local breweries featured have included Russian River Brewing Co., Laughing Monk Brewing, Barebottle Brewing Co., HenHouse Brewing Co., Original Pattern Brewing Co., and more.
The signature cocktail program includes such guest favorites as the Wild Child, with vodka, watermelon, mint, lemon, aloe, rosé and habanero salt, and the Tipsy Pig Old Fashioned with bacon-infused Whiskey Pig 10 Yr. rye, bitters, and barrel aged maple syrup. The Headhunter King Tiki cocktail combines Jamaican rum, macadamia nut, lime, pineapple, orgeat and falernum; Eureka! limits this one to two cocktails per guest.

The Floor is Lava cocktail incorporates mezcal, lime, hibiscus, blood orange and Ancho Reyes chile liqueur. And a new Mimosa Flight features orange, pineapple habanero, grapefruit blood orange, and hibiscus lime expressions of the sparkling wine classic.
In addition to craft beer and cocktails, Eureka! also carries more than 40 small-batch whiskeys. A special off-menu selection includes various hard-to-get and strictly allocated whiskeys such as Pappy Van Winkle and offerings from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection.
Eureka!’s vice president of beverage Trevor Tyler spearheads the company’s Whiskey Club Program, which currently has 1,200 members. The club focuses on selecting private barrels for their members and introducing them to new distilleries in the U.S. through a monthly Discovery box.
Tyler has also worked with multiple breweries throughout the U.S. to brew beer exclusively for Eureka! by leveraging distillery relationships to provide breweries with barrels to age their beer in. One of these “CollaBREWations” was the first batch of Bottle Logic’s Fundamental Observation, which is currently listed as #12 on Beer Advocate’s Top 250 beers in the world. Upcoming CollaBREWations include Homage Brewing (Los Angeles); Beer Zombies (Las Vegas); and Modern Times (San Diego), among others.
The newest Eureka! location opened in July 2022 in Ontario, CA. The restaurant offers several weekly events, including half-off wine all day on Tuesdays, Steal the Glass on Wednesdays, live music on Thursdays, $6 Bloody Marys and Mimosas on the weekends, and “hoppy” hours specials Monday-Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Founded in 2009, Hawthorne, CA-based Eureka Restaurant Group now operates 26 restaurants throughout California, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, and Washington. Founder Paul Frederick developed the restaurant concept based on the core values of energy, discovery, and community.
As such, the company selectively looks to open locations in new discovery sites, often near college campuses, technology centers, or high-barrier-to-entry urban markets.
