1 ½ oz. Bombay Sapphire gin infused with cilantro (½ cup in 1 liter for 1 hour)
½ oz. Pink grapefruit juice
½ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Amaro
¼ oz. Simple syrup
Shake with ice and serve over ice. Garnish with cantaloupe melon.
