2 oz. Aquavit (or gin)
1 oz. Ginger syrup
1 oz. Lemon juice
1 oz. Carrot juice
Shake and strain over fresh ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a thin slice of ginger and an organic carrot with carrot top intact.
