This creamy, gin-based raspberry cocktail comes from Milady’s in New York.
Dreamsicle
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Fords Gin
- 1 oz. Chambord
- ½ oz. Lemon
- ½ oz. Raspberry puree
- ½ oz. Simple syrup
- ½ oz. Cream
- Absinthe rinse
Instructions
- Prep large snifter with absinthe rinse
- Combine ingredients and shake.
- Strain into prepped snifter.
- Top with pebble ice.
- Garnish with mint bouquet and glitter sugar.
