This mezcal cocktail combines Pina Colada flavors with different orange liqueurs.
Tropical Forever
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Mezcal Mezul
- 1 oz. Coconut cream
- ¾ oz. Pineapple juice
- ¾ oz. Aperol
- ½ oz. Cointreau
- ½ oz. Fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. Aquafaba or egg whites
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
- Shake for approximately 10 seconds.
- Remove the ice from the shaker and dry shake for 5 more seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass with ice.
- Garnish with rosemary or pineapple leaves.
