Second Degree Sunburn
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Santa Teresa 1796 rum
- ½ oz. Bacardi Gold rum
- ¼ oz. Martini & Rossi Fiero vermouth
- 1 bar spoon Cinnamon syrup
- ¼ oz. Passion fruit puree
- 2 dash Regan’s orange bitters
- 1 dash Saline solution
Instructions
- Build over ice in a stirring vessel.
- Stir to chill.
- Strain into a coupe.
