Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge at Moxy Times Square, known for its photo-worthy holiday pop-ups, is launching a Barbie-inspired activation: The Pink Bunny Beach on its famous putt-putt golf course. From May 31 through September 3, guests can immerse themselves in a Barbie beach paradise with a pop-up decked out with pink lifeguard chairs, pink sand and beach balls galore, as well as a human-sized doll box for unique photo ops.

What would Barbie drink? New seasonal drinks from beverage director Nikki McCutcheon include a Rich Kid$ RoséRita, with Don Julio Rosado tequila, The Beach rosé, peach, and gold luster for 8-10 people, and a Malibu Beach Bunny cranberry and Ketel Citroen vodka cocktail. 

The full seasonal menu at Magic Hour, owned by Tao Hospitality Group, highlights dishes such as Watermelon & Feta Salad with arugula, pistachio mint and a balsamic drizzle; Crispy Coconut Shrimp topped with sweet chili sauce; Steak Barbacoa Tacos with braised brisket, pickled onions and slaw as well as new festive desserts: Cookie Beignets, Ube Donuts and Pink Popcorn.
