This bourbon cocktail recipe is based on the decadent pie that’s a tradition at the upcoming Kentucky Derby.
- 1 ½ oz. Four Roses small batch bourbon
- ½ oz. Walnut liqueur
- ½ oz. Brown sugar simple syrup
- ½ oz. Cream
- 2 dashes Chocolate bitters
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin and add ice.
- Shake for 15 seconds or until the cocktail is well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
- Garnish freshly grated nutmeg.
