Vanilla’s Mary

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Vanilla-infused vodka
  • 1 oz. Hennessey VSOP Cognac
  • ½ oz. Lime juice
  • 1 oz. Agave syrup
  • ½ small piece of fresh Tomato
  • 1 drop Celery bitters
  • 1 drop Cherry bitters
  • dash Pico di papaya hot sauce

Instructions

  • Rim a Martini glass with a mix of lime peel, cayenne and dried jalapeno.
  • Combine ingredients in mixing tin and shake.
  • Strain into rimmed Martini glass.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel.
