This vodka/Cognac cocktail from the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa & Casino uses unexpected fruit, vegetable and spice flavors.
Vanilla’s Mary
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Vanilla-infused vodka
- 1 oz. Hennessey VSOP Cognac
- ½ oz. Lime juice
- 1 oz. Agave syrup
- ½ small piece of fresh Tomato
- 1 drop Celery bitters
- 1 drop Cherry bitters
- dash Pico di papaya hot sauce
Instructions
- Rim a Martini glass with a mix of lime peel, cayenne and dried jalapeno.
- Combine ingredients in mixing tin and shake.
- Strain into rimmed Martini glass.
- Garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel.
