Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Bombay Sapphire gin
  • ½ oz. Select Aperitivo
  • ¾ oz. Lillet Rosé
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • Strawberry
  • Egg white

Instructions

  • Muddle a fresh strawberry in a tin shaker.
  • Add gin, aperitivo, Lillet Rosé, lemon juice and egg white.
  • Dry shake, add ice, shake again
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
