The Big Easy
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Bombay Sapphire gin
- ½ oz. Select Aperitivo
- ¾ oz. Lillet Rosé
- ¾ oz. Lemon juice
- Strawberry
- Egg white
Instructions
- Muddle a fresh strawberry in a tin shaker.
- Add gin, aperitivo, Lillet Rosé, lemon juice and egg white.
- Dry shake, add ice, shake again
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
