Sweet Pea Margarita

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Gran Coramino cristalino tequila
  • ¼ oz. Dolin Genepy herbal liqueur
  • ¾ oz. Sweet pea and pineapple syrup*
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 2 dashes 80/20 Saline solution

Instructions

  • Chill a rocks glass in the freezer.
  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  • Add ice and shake for 6-8 seconds.
  • Double strain over 1 large ice cube.
  • Garnish with skewered frozen peas.

Notes

*For Sweet pea and pineapple syrup:
1 cup Frozen peas
½ cup Pineapple juice
½ cup Water
1 cup Sugar
Combine ingredients and blend together for 1 minute. Strain and store in a tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. (The longer it stays in the refrigerator, the stronger the flavor.)
