Ingredients

  • ¾ oz. Hendrick’s Gin
  • 4 oz. Sauvignon blanc
  • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée white peach puree thawed
  • 2 oz. Club soda
  • 3 inch chunks Honeydew melon
  • 3 sprigs Thyme 2 muddle, 1 garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle the chunks of honeydew, 2 thyme sprigs and puree.
  • Add gin and shake well.
  • Strain into wine glass and add the 4 oz. of sauvignon slanc wine.
  • Add ice to the glass and fill with soda water.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist and thyme sprig.
