In Dew Time
Ingredients
- ¾ oz. Hendrick’s Gin
- 4 oz. Sauvignon blanc
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée white peach puree thawed
- 2 oz. Club soda
- 3 inch chunks Honeydew melon
- 3 sprigs Thyme 2 muddle, 1 garnish
Instructions
- Muddle the chunks of honeydew, 2 thyme sprigs and puree.
- Add gin and shake well.
- Strain into wine glass and add the 4 oz. of sauvignon slanc wine.
- Add ice to the glass and fill with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and thyme sprig.
