Suntory Roku gin

oz.
Tozai Snow Maiden nigori sake
¾
oz.
Acid-adjusted grapefruit juice
½
oz.
Midnight Rose agave

drops Yuzu bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small tin.
Add ¼ scoop of crushed ice and whip shake.
Pour into footed pilsner glass and top with crushed ice.
Garnish with orchid and serve with metal straw.
