Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Santa Teresa 1796 rum
  • ½ oz. Bacardi Gold rum
  • ¼ oz. Martini & Rossi Fiero vermouth
  • 1 bar spoon Cinnamon syrup
  • ¼ oz. Passion fruit puree
  • 2 dash Regan’s orange bitters
  • 1 dash Saline solution

Instructions

  • Build over ice in a stirring vessel.
  • Stir to chill.
  • Strain into a coupe.
