Italicus bergamot liqueur

oz.
Simple syrup

oz.
Fresh lemon juice
Dekuyper Blue Curaçao
Prosecco
Instructions
Combine gin, Italicus, syrup and lemon in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into a Champagne flute that's been rimmed with sugar.
Top with prosecco and 8 drops of Blue Curaçao.
Garnish with a lemon ribbon.
