Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Gin
  • ½ oz. Italicus 
bergamot liqueur
  • ½ oz. Simple syrup
  • ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • Dekuyper Blue Curaçao
  • Prosecco

Instructions

  • Combine gin, Italicus, syrup and lemon in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Pour into a Champagne flute that's been rimmed with sugar.
  • Top with prosecco and 8 drops of Blue Curaçao.
  • Garnish with a lemon ribbon.
