Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Iichiko Saiten shochu
  • 1 oz. Snap-pea-infused Glendalough wild botanical gin
  • ½ oz. Sirene Americano bianco
  • ¼ oz. Luxardo Limoncello

Instructions

  • Stir ingredients together.
  • Serve up in a couple glass.
  • Garnish with a cheese moon.
