Cucumber slices

part Lemon juice

part Lillet Blanc

part Angry Orchard cider

parts Hendrick’s Gin
Fever-Tree ginger beer
to top
Instructions
Add cucumber slices, lemon juice, Lillet Blanc, and gin to a small shaker tin.
Fill the tin with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into an ice-filled pint glass using a Hawthorne strainer.
Top with cider.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with thinly sliced cucumber.
