Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Pineapple- and coconut-infused Cuban rum blend
  • ¼ oz. Suze liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Banana liqueur
  • ½ oz. Cocchi Americano
  • ½ oz. Verjus

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  • Add ice and stir briefly to chill ingredients.
  • Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
  • Squeeze a lemon peel, expressing the oils over the top of the drink.
