Novo Fogo bar strength cachaça

iichiko Saiten shochu

Pear juice

Lime juice

Ginger syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small shaker tin.
Fill with ice and shake.
Strain over fresh ice into double rocks glass.
Garnish with dehydrated pear and candied ginger.
