Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Novo Fogo bar strength cachaça
  • 1 oz. iichiko Saiten shochu
  • ¾ oz. Pear juice
  • ½ oz. Lime juice
  • ½ oz. Ginger syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small shaker tin.
  • Fill with ice and shake.
  • Strain over fresh ice into double rocks glass.
  • Garnish with dehydrated pear and candied ginger.
