Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Pau Maui vodka
  • ½ oz. Fiorente elderflower liqueur
  • ½ oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 oz. Coconut water
  • 1 oz. Soda water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the soda to a shaker tin.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain ingredients into Collins glass over ice cubes.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with lemon wheel and flower.
