Rim a rocks glass with Tajin seasoning and fill with ice.
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker tin.
Shake well, and strain into rimmed rocks glass.
Garnish with a hibiscus flower and a lime wheel.
Notes
*For hibiscus agave syrup:
Combine 1 cup of agave nectar, 1 cup of water, and ½ cup of hibiscus flowers in a saucepan. Simmer, then cool and strain.The mixologists at Lalo created this recipe.
